Her fitness journey began from personal experience, overcoming her own physical and emotional challenges, a story that now drives her mission to help others rebuild confidence and self-belief.

Elizabeth’s approach blends science with empathy, using Metabolic Precision (MP) principles to reshape both body and mindset. With more than a decade of experience, she brings deep expertise in strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, posture correction, and body transformation.

Now a qualified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Adriana designs evidence-based programs that focus on sustainable results, functional strength, and balanced nutrition. Her sessions are structured yet supportive, helping clients build consistency and confidence.
